Does Mirage Auto require a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies depending on the chosen vehicle and ranges from $1,000 to $7,000. Your deposit will be returned in full upon safe return of the vehicle, provided no damages are incurred during your rental period.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Cashier's checks and personal checks may be accepted under specific circumstances, such as if submitted 7-10 days prior to your rental or for covering damages (at our discretion).

What is the minimum age to rent a luxury car from Mirage Auto?

The minimum age to rent from us is 18 years old. However, renters under 25 years of age will incur an additional fee of $333. A clean driving record free of major violations is required for all renters.

Can I add another driver to my reservation?

Absolutely! You can add up to two additional drivers to your rental agreement. Each additional driver must meet the same requirements as the primary renter, including being 25 years of age or older, having full coverage insurance, and possessing a clean driving record.

What is your cancellation policy?

A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total rental cost is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations made 14 or more days before your scheduled pick-up time may be eligible for a credit towards a future rental. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. We may waive cancellation fees for unforeseen events like natural disasters or severe weather, at our discretion.

What are the fuel, toll, and ticket policies?

A $5/gallon refueling charge applies if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at pick-up. Tolls are charged as a $15 daily flat fee, deducted from your deposit at the end of your rental period. Drivers are responsible for all traffic citations, parking tickets, and towing expenses.

Can I return the rental car early?

While we charge the full rental amount in advance, we understand that plans may change. If you return the car early, we'll offer a credit for the remaining days towards a future rental.

What is the mileage allowance for rentals?

Mileage allowances vary depending on the specific vehicle you select. You'll find details about the mileage limit and any overage charges clearly outlined during the booking process.

Are there any driving restrictions?

Rentals are restricted to the state of Florida and must remain within 100 miles of our Miami office unless you receive prior authorization from Mirage Concierge. Driving on racetracks, off-road terrains, or for any illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

Does Mirage Auto offer car delivery and pick-up services?

We provide complimentary delivery and pick-up to Miami International Airport, Opa-Locka Executive Airport, Fort Lauderdale International Airport, and select areas like Miami Beach, Wynwood, Downtown Miami, and Fort Lauderdale. For deliveries outside these areas, contact us for pricing and details, as a flatbed truck may be required.

What are your hours for delivery and pick-up?

Our standard delivery and pick-up hours are 10 am to 8 pm EST. However, we offer 24/7 service to accommodate your schedule. Please note that deliveries or pick-ups outside our standard hours may incur a surcharge of $50 to $250, depending on the location and distance.

How long does delivery typically take?

We strive for prompt service and typically complete deliveries within two hours.

COVID-19 Policy

Reservations cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled pick-up date due to COVID-19 are non-refundable.
